I just got back from writing a hot check at Best Buy (lol...what else are you gonna do when everything is released on Tuesday and you don't get paid til Thursday? [img]tongue.gif[/img] ) And I'm here with mini-reviews!

Brides of Destruction - Here Come the Brides: No real surprises here, as I had all of the good songs downloaded months ago! lol Tracii's still in top form, Nikki can still write some hella good songs and London sounds way better on record than he did on the Tonight Show! My faves: "I Don't Care", "Natural Born Killers" and "Only Get So Far"

Tesla - Into The Now: All I can say is...WOW! This is an AMAZING CD!!!! Not a bad track on it! I'm kind of a so-so Tesla fan (I've much better enjoyed seeing them live than listening to their previous recordings), and this CD totally won me over. A friend of mine said, "it's their best since 'Mechanical Resonance'"...I'll go one further and say it's their best EVER! Faves: "What a Shame", "Heaven Nine Eleven", "Caught In a Dream", "Come To Me"

Josh Todd - You Made Me: This is a way better CD than I anticipated. He pretty much where Buckcherry left off, and maybe even improved over "Time Bomb". Faves: "The Walls", "Shine", "Burn", "Wasted", "Lovely Bones"

gotta go with ya on the brides. the best stuff nikki has ever put out outside of motley. he finally got to make that punk cd he always wanted..
tesla is tesla...you CAN NOT go wrong with them, kinda like AC/DC in a way, you always know what you are going to get when ya pick up an album!

i'll be keeping those in rotation for awhile.
josh todd...hmmmm well...what can i say about josh?
get BUCKCHERRY back together.

The Josh Todd solo, I'm not as keen on it as the Buckcherry stuff. Its a bit heavy. I prefer the more catchy melodic stuff.

BOD, my faves are 'I Don't Care' and 'Life'. STFU is ok too.
